PSYCH-K was developed in the late 1980s by Rob Williams, a therapist who was frustrated by the length of time it took for his patients to see positive results.

PSYCH-K is a process that helps you rewrite subconscious, self-limiting beliefs.  We use Muscle Testing to communicate with your subconscious to find the beliefs you want to change.  Then our PSYCH-K process helps you change those beliefs so that they support your conscious goals. Each time you change a belief, we call that a Balance.  Any single Balance typically takes only a few minutes, so PSYCH-K is a very fast way to make changes.  The number of Balances needed to reach your desired outcome varies depending on you and the complexity of the change you want to make.

Our clients come to us wanting change in any of the following three categories:

  • Anxiety
    • Phobias
    • Grief
    • Panic
    • Trauma
    • Stress
  • Self-Sabotaging Behavior
    • Low Self-esteem
    • Failure Achieving Goals
    • Unsupportive Relationships
  • Physical Symptoms of Stress

Note: Actual results may vary. We do not dispense medical advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a replacement form of treatment for physical, mental or medical problems by your doctor or therapist either directly or indirectly. Our intention is to offer an additional method of addressing stress to help our clients in their quest for spiritual, emotional and/or physical well-being.
